Lisa Pusateri has been a licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida since 1985. For over 30 years, she has specialized in arranging financing for unique situations. She appreciates the pristine credit clientele, but is never judgmental toward people who have challenges in their lives. She takes pride in making homeowners of clients who never thought they could buy their own home.

OUR REVERSE MORTGAGE CONSULTANT
Larry Brooks comes to us with 3 years experience as a Reverse Mortgage Consultant. He has a BA from Auburn University and a M.ED from Worcester State College. He has served our country in the U.S. Army where he was granted Top Secret Clearance. He also worked very hard at Delta Airlines for 26 years, 20 of those with Federal Background clearance, retiring in 2005. His passion is working with our clientele 62 years young and over, arranging Reverse Mortgages to largely assist with their future financial planning needs. He is very active in our community participating in charity fund raisers, working with the “West Central Florida Agency on Aging” speakers bureau, an active member in numerous local Chamber’s of Commerce, networking groups and business organizations. And last, but certainly not least, he has won blue ribbons for baking at both The Florida State Fair, for his banana bread, and the Florida Strawberry Festival, for his carrot cake. Not only blue ribbons, but overall champion! We are very proud to have him on board at A & A.

Christal Trlak, Administrative Assistant
Christal and Lisa have been working together since Lisa’s son Joey was in Kindergarten. Christal was the Admin at Immanuel Lutheran School the entire time Joey attended from Kindergarten to 8th grade. Lisa and Christal worked closely together during the multiple years Lisa chaired Spring Fling, which is the largest fundraiser for that school. Christal was a vital key to making sure these fundraisers went off without a hitch.
Christal enjoys working with people whether it is in person or on the phone. She keeps the office organized and makes sure client needs are met. With experience as a teacher and a receptionist she will be sure to make your mortgage go as smoothly as possible.
Christal and Lisa have a long wonderful relationship and work great together. It is an honor to have Christal as part of the A&A mortgage team.
